Before you ever start using Lizzy™ to operate your business you need to watch this video. This is probably
the single most important video to watch simply because it insures you understand what is required of you. Lizzy™
can do a lot of things for you automatically, but just like everything else, there is a certain amount of understanding
required on your part for her to do her job properly.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Overview

With Lizzy's™ integrated Email, Chat and Calendar, keeping
track of your customers has never been easier. Incoming and outgoing emails are automatically attached to the related
customers record, call backs scheduled on personal or team calendars and tickets created and tracked from creation to
completion.

CRM - Logging Calls

In this video we're going to go through logging basic telephone calls just to show what the process is and how the
different modules within Lizzy™ link together. We don't get into a lot of detail but do go through logging call
backs on the calendar and how call topics are linked together to provide a cleaner picture of conversations you've had
with each customer or potential customer.

Product Data Management(PDM) Overview

Lizzy™ not only keeps track of customers but also their
problems. If you are responsible for managing an engineering department, whether mechanical or software, Lizzy's™
integrated PDM system will be just what the doctor ordered. Watch tickets progress from customer feed back, through
management and into the Engineering group. Then assign the tickets to an engineer, move through testing and introduction
into a final product. All the while allowing both the support rep and customer to keep tabs on the progression without
wasting time having to ask.

Payroll Overview

With Lizzy™, doing payroll is a breeze. First you tell her which employees you will be performing payroll
for, then have your employees clock in and out when they arrive to work, leave for lunch or leave for the day.
Later, when its time to do payroll, you just tell Lizzy™ what date range you're working with and she'll go
figure out how much time each employee worked. Then show you a summary of what she's about to pay each one. You
can click on each one and make any changes you like and then once you're happy, just click Generate Checks.

General Invoice Overview

In order for Lizzy™ to go a step beyond any of our competitors, we obviously had to add Invoicing and Inventory control.
In this video, we're going to step through the creation of a general invoice and show some of Lizzy's™ basic inventory
control processes. A few things you won't see anywhere else and that we feel separate Lizzy™ from any of our competitors.

Service Ticket Overview

To help keep track of Service items, Lizzy™ uses a new Job and Template system that has revolutionized the way that you
deal with units. The first step is to select or enter the unit that you'll be doing service on. Next Lizzy asks you to either
use a new Template system to create a job, or to manually create a new job for that unit. Just like you can attach as many units
to a single service ticket, you can also create as many different jobs for each unit that you need. In this video we walk through
a very basic service ticket creation and add a few jobs and items to show how it all goes together.

Tethered to an iPhone

In this video we are going to show you how Lizzy™ works while hooked to an iPhone. What I've done is tether my iPhone to
my Macbook Pro running Snow Leopard. The connection here is pretty bad and very slow but will give you an idea of how fast
Lizzy™ is, even when connected to a slow network. While you wouldn't want to run all day on this type of a connection
it is useable if you needed it. If you have access to the faster 3G network it can be quite amazing at how fast she will
move.
