Everything is back to 100% today as we close up for the Christmas Holiday. We’ve also laid out a new chat system within Lizzy that should be completed by next week to help with down phones in the future and we will be purchasing a second phone system that will serve as a backup to Skype. This should take care of any phone troubles going forward and we’re sorry for any inconvenience yesterdays problems might have caused. The good news is that even with the phone problems the new support systems we had put into place continued to function at 100% throughout the day with no interruption of service.
