nizeX, Inc. uses Skype for our telephone support and sales services and today Skype has been experiencing problems and has been going up and down on us. We are learning from the experience though and already looking into other methods of communication with our customers so that we do not experience outages like this in the future.
We apologize for any problems this might have caused anyone and hopefully we’ll be back to full operational status soon.
NOTE: Our normal support ticket processes that are handled from http://www.nizeX.com are still 100% operational, so any support or sales tickets that have been opened should have been handled without interruption. This only effects our ability to call you directly.
