In this video I cover some of the processes related to using the Product Data Management Module (PDM). This module not only allows you to keep track of and schedule tickets for each of your developers/engineers…, but it also automatically interfaces to the CRM system in order to provide a seamless flow from the point of the initial communication to the last phase of testing and release cycles. The Product Data Management and Customer Relationship Management systems will quickly begin to look like a single module to you after you begin to take advantage of their true potential. I’ll step through the process of taking an initial support call all the way through testing. This video is not meant to replace the individual training videos, but is rather an overview of the entire process.
