We often get requests to integrate with different companies as our customers wish to share their information with their manufacturers or other businesses (such as marketing firms). To make this process faster & easier, we’ve fully documented our Lizzy API process so that any company a customer chooses can connect to their specific Lizzy database for the purposes of pulling information the customer allows. This process ensures that our Lizzy customers have full control over who has access to their data and what data they can access. The access can be granted or removed at any time the customer wishes.
For our Lizzy customers: you will need to provide this API document to the company you wish to provide access to. Before they can pull data from your Lizzy database, you will need to set up their access. Please watch the training video “Controlling Who Has Access to Your Data” in the Train Me Center (Getting Started: Conversion & Setup > Interface Setup Procedures). This video will show you how to set up access for the companies you have approved. Once you have done so, they can proceed with adding support for the Lizzy integration on their end.
