Nizex Inc will now be handling the support services for SofTek Software’s TBA Business System Software suite. TBA is one of the leading software packages sold specifically in the Powersports and Lawn & Garden Industries. Nizex Inc is currently training and setting up processes to begin support of the product within the next week.
The new support processes will include a new forum designed around TBA modules, data input forms on nizex.com that will submit data into the SSI database within Lizzy™ as well as customer portals within the SSI Lizzy™ system that will allow customers of TBA to generate and update tickets directly.
No direct telephone calls will be accepted by Nizex Inc., however, after tickets are created, a support rep will respond by telephone, if a conversation is needed. Support tickets should be created by customers with as much detail as possible to allow directing those tickets to the proper support personnel to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Tickets created with no detail could be ignore entirely so please create your tickets with descriptive information to insure that you get assistance. You may also submit information onto the forum on Nizex.com, where you could receive help from us or perhaps another customer. We encourage participation on the forum from everyone, so if you see another customer asking a question that you know the answer to, please feel free to help them out. Our support reps will also be watching forum entries to provide answers and insure proper responses from others.
