One of the problems with selecting the perfect CRM system today might be all of the options that are available.  It gets rather confusing to try to find an affordable CRM system when you’re not really sure what Option 1, 2, and  3 gets you.  Just taking a look at a few of the major CRM players, you’ll quickly see that for less than $10 a month they’ll give you CRM, but its lacking a lot of the key features you’ll need in order to operate your company properly.  So you next opt for the higher price model but it too lacks a few things you wished you had.  Eventually, to get what you need, you end up with the top of the line and are paying over $100 a month per user.  Do you think this is all done by accident?
